Candles are meant to set the mood, not overpower a room, and Retreat candles do just that...setting a subtle undertone to enhance the mood you are trying to create. Shipping & Returns
We typically prepare and package orders within 2 business day, and then shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on location. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your candles have been shipped.
Our shipping boxes are custom designed to be incredibly tough, but sometimes breakage or damage can occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
● Photos of the packaging and candle or damaged item if possible.
● Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number.
We'll send a replacement ASAP.
We know buying candles online can be tricky, that's why we work with the only certified perfumer in Canada to create custom fragrances for you. We do our best to describe each of the scents accurately, and use only the best ingredients to give you peace of mind. But if you rrrreeeallly can't stand the smell (we get it, it happens sometimes), email us at email@example.com and we'll find a way to make you happy.
That sucks. Let's make it right. We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide including CanadaPost, USPS, and UPS. Once the package has left our candle lounge, Retreat cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company.
