Hi there,
First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for visiting. Thank you for taking the time to explore. Thank you for changing lives. Time truly is precious, and you are about to give me 20 minutes of it, so thank you for that too (kidding, it’s only about a 3 minute read, which I will convert to a more fun-to-watch video some day soon once I unbury myself from all this wax). Retreat is born from two things: a love for delicious smelling candles; and a passion for helping people…live a simpler life...

Imagine a world where you are doing what you love, every single day, at home, at work, in life. Where you are so in tune with who you are and what your purpose is that you have a clear path forward. Imagine being able to control distraction in order to be truly present in every single moment. Imagine how powerful of an impact you would have on your family, your friends, the community…the world. Imagine how much easier life would be living with such clarity and meaning. Imagine how remarkable the world would be if everyone lived this way…
Light a candle, start your journey.
Our mission is simple...to inspire you to live the life you have always wanted to live.No regrets. Sounds fun right? Why? I believe a person’s capacity to help others opens up when they themselves are leading a life that is meaningful and clear to them, with a heart and mind that are full. In doing so, we are creating a tribe of happier and purpose-driven people, that will grow, give back, inspire others, and slowly but surely, start to make the world a better place. It starts with you, but it’s contagious. If we can help you gain more clarity and direction, and you theoretically help one other person, and that person helps one other person…
❍ Kindness: To oneself and to others.
❍ Community: We’re all in this together.
❍ Authenticity: Be the weirdo you’ve always wanted to be.
❍ Vulnerability: Wear your heart on your sleeve.
❍ Environment: One love.
❍ Quality: Products. People. Relationships.
The No Regrets Gap
The No Regrets Gap is the gap between how you feel about your life now, and how you want to feel about your life when you die.
If you were going to die today, and you knew it was coming, what advice/wisdom would you impart on others? What things would you regret not having done? Did you achieve everything you wanted to achieve? Did you live the life you wanted? Were you the person you wanted to be?
When is the last time you have evaluated your personal mission in life? The values you live by? What you are trying to achieve? What the heck ARE you doing here anyways? All too often we hear deathbed stories filled with regret and "I wish I would have done this and that differently...". We want to make sure that you are not telling that same story. You don't need to have big lofty world-changing goals, but having a little direction is helpful, and is not as hard as you may think.
Life truly is too short, and NOW is the time to make changes. Join the Retreat Tribe for tips, tricks, guidance, and yes...even some tough questions, to help you live the life you have always wanted.
Understand. Believe. Become.
#closethegap
This is a deep dive on who you are. Your gaps, your strengths. Take a hard look at your past, what things have made you the happiest? What has made you the saddest? What turns your crank? What gets you down? What has influenced you to be this way?
A deeper understanding of yourself will help guide you to become the person you have always wanted to be.
Get comfortable with who you are and how you came to be. This is the you of today. You may love it, you may hate it, but what is important is that you can change it.
Make peace with what you need to make peace with, let go of the people in your life that don’t belong, focus on what you can change, but it’s time to let go and move forward.
Who do you want to be? What kind of person do you want to strive to become? What values do you stand for as a parent? In your career? In your relationship? Describe your best life. What job do you want? How often do you want to work? What are your other interests and passions?
Define who you want to become. The you of tomorrow. Write it down.

To grow, you need to push the limits on your comfort zone. How does this all fit together in a way that you can manage it slowly, and integrate it into your life, without adding more pressure to your already pressure-filled life?
Set achievable goals. Daily, Monthly, Annually. Implement tools that will help you achieve those goals.

…is everything, and is also the hardest thing. Work on it. Adopt the tools that will allow you to stay positive, work on it daily, and understand that it's a process. Be kind to yourself if you are having a hard time and keep at it.
Reflect daily. Re-evaluate regularly. Your plans will change through this process and that’s okay. No pressure.
Be kind to yourself, leave room for mistakes. Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes work, and you will fail or feel discouraged at times. Find solace in the fact that you are stepping up and making an effort to become who you have always wanted to be. You are strong for taking steps forward.
